Boarding Check-in

Monday-Friday 7 am-5:30 pm   (Doggy Day Campers going to AM Day Camp need to be here by 9:30 am)

Saturday 7 am-11:00 am

Sunday 4 pm-5 pm

Checking in outside of these stated hours by appointment only and will result in additional fees.

Boarding Check-out

Monday-Friday 7 am-12 pm. If you check out after 12 pm you are charged for another day of boarding. However, there are exceptions-if your pet gets a bath you have until 6 pm to pick up without paying for another day of boarding. If your dog is boarding and does Doggy Day Camp all day you have until 6 pm to pick up and you don’t have to pay for another day of boarding. 

Saturdays 7 am – 12 pm.

Sundays 4 pm-6 pm. We are open for convenience only on Sundays and you do pay for that day of boarding because you can not pick up until 4 pm.

These hours pertain to the office. The staff is still here 7 days a week, every day of the year, all day long, even Christmas Day, taking care of our guests. However, the kennel staff is not authorized to work in the office.

**NO early check-ins are allowed. We will not have any rooms available until the pets checking out have left and we have cleaned the rooms.  

There is a 3-night minimum for any stay including Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Week, and Christmas– a 5-night minimum for any stay beginning December 21 through January 1, 2018.

You are committed to paying for the number of nights booked for all major holidays and June, July, and August unless you change your dates 7 days prior to your check in date. We have saved that room for your pet and turned others away. Please let us know as early as possible if you need to change your dates. Thank you for your consideration.

There is a $50 non refundable and non transferable deposit required for all reservations. Do not make a reservation until you are sure you need it.
