Lodging Check-in

Monday-Friday 7 am-5:00 pm   (Doggy Day Campers going to AM Day Camp need to be here by 9:00 am)

Saturday 7 am-11:00 am BY APPOINTMENT ONLY

Sunday 4 pm-5 pm BY APPOINTMENT ONLY

Checking in outside of these stated hours by appointment only and will result in additional fees.

Lodging Check-out

Monday-Friday 7 am-12 pm. If you check out after 12 pm you are charged for another day of lodging. However, there are exceptions-if your pet gets a bath you have until 5 pm to pick up without paying for another day of lodging. If your dog is lodging and does Doggy Day Camp all day you have until 5 pm to pick up and you don't have to pay for another day of lodging.

Saturdays 7 am - 11 am.

Sundays 4 pm-5 pm. We are open for convenience only on Sundays and you do pay for that day of lodging because you can not pick up until 4 pm.

Checking out after normal business hours by appointment only and will result in additional fees.

These hours pertain to the office. The staff is still here caring for our guests 7 days a week, every day of the year, all day long, even Christmas Day.

**NO early check-ins are allowed. We will not have any rooms available until the pets checking out have left and we have cleaned the rooms.

There is a 3-night minimum for any stay including Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Week, and Christmas- a 5-night minimum for any stay beginning December 20 through January 1, 2021.

You are committed to paying for the number of nights booked for all major holidays and June, July, and August unless you change your dates 7 days prior to your check in date. We have saved that room for your pet and turned others away. Please let us know as early as possible if you need to change your dates. Thank you for your consideration.

There is a $50 non refundable and non transferable deposit required for all reservations. Do not make a reservation until you are sure you need it.
